The Deer Valley Rock Art Center offers the use of the museum, education room, amphitheater and trail to the community for private events, including corporate team-building workshops and luncheons; and professional meetings, seminars and conferences.
We are happy to provide a beautiful, natural venue for your event. Guests can view the indoor exhibits before venturing outside to explore the trail and the petroglyphs.

Cost
$100 per hour, which includes the venue, use of tables and chairs and keeping the museum open if your event is in the evening.
If you would like, we can arrange to have one of our public educators give a guided tour of the site. Our educators offer a wealth of knowledge in regards to desert wildlife, native plants, archaeology and native cultures. The additional cost per person is: adults $7, seniors $4 and children $3. The tour lasts approximately one hour.
All catering, cups/plates/eating utensils and decorations must be provided by you. Caterers must be chosen from our preferred caterer list (see below). We ask that no open fire be used on the preserve. Alcohol is permitted with liquor license, as required by the state of Arizona.
