Rent the Facility

make your next event memorable

The ASU Deer Valley Rock Art Center makes it possible for community and corporate groups to rent the museum and trail for professional meetings, conferences, workshops and luncheons.

Cost is $100 per hour. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

Events at the ASU Deer Valley Rock Art Center are serviced by professionals who specialize in high-quality customer service and event planning. Our preferred hotels offer special rates and shuttle service, and our preferred caterers offer custom menus and on-site bartending and food service.

We ask that no open fire be used on the preserve. Alcohol is permitted with liquor license, as required by the state of Arizona.
